We love everything about this Cantonese classic — from its birth in swanky 1940's Hong Kong Cafés to its impossible balance of savory-sweet flavor and crumbly-cushiony texture and the fact that it contains no pineapples.

Now, they are an artifact of history. In that way, Move’s SF-based Cantonese bakery, is a living, breathing museum. For over ten years, Liqian Lin, has recreated the bustling Hong Kong cafe’s of his youth right here in San Francisco. Now, we’re helping him extend that experience to your home.
