A cornerstone of homestyle, Gaelic cuisine – Irish soda bread has a multi-century history in Ireland.Ours is as traditional as it comes, made using soda (not yeast). The result is a denser, crumbier bread than any of its counterparts.
For ours, we asked for a healthy dose of raisins all throughout, giving the bread a gentle sweetness and making it perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea, topped with soft pure Irish butter.
