Moroccan Lamb Kofta Kebab
Premium ground lamb mixed with traditional Mediterranean flavors. Raw and marinated.
Serve stuffed in a pita with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and red onion and tzatziki or atop your favorite greek salad.
Grill: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes prior to cooking. Shape Kebab around skewers to around 1" thickness. Grill skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
Oven: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with non-stick spray. Shape kebab into 2" rounds or shape around skewers and arrange on sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
Ground Lamb (20% fat), red pepper paste, onion, parsley, all spice, black pepper, salt.
