Thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Quick thawing: Place sealed chutney into a bowl and run cold water (never use hot water) over it in the sink. When bowl is full or overflowing, reduce water flow to a very small stream for 45-60 minutes. Once thawed, place chutney into refrigerator. Do not leave chutney out at room temperature.
