Made in the Sanuki-style of Japan's Kagawa Prefecture, these noodles have a squarish cross-section yield an al dente and chewy texture.
Dress them up however you like — with a soup, with a stir fry or with a dipping sauce.
Add udon noodles to pot of boiling water. Let cook for 10 minutes. Strain cooked noodles, and add your favorite broth and toppings.
