Our take on the lox quiche. In-season, flavorful onion and cold-smoked pink salmon. All inside our classic french quiche shell. Baked to perfection by our french-technique baker. Made in personal serving sizes for convenience.

The quiche is fully baked and has been flash frozen at peak freshness.

Defrost in the fridge for 60 minutes. Heat in a toaster oven at 350F for 10 - 15 minutes (or until steaming) or 20 - 25 minutes (if starting from frozen).

How does it ship?
This product ships frozen with dry ice. Do NOT touch dry ice with your bare hands under any condition as it can easily burn skin.

When will it ship?
Most orders placed will ship the same day, or the following day at the latest.

What is the shelf life?
All Essential food products have a shelf life of up to 6 months in the freezer.
