Design

Damascus Steel
Each blade is crafted by repeatedly heating, hammering, and folding steel layers by hand. This traditional process creates distinctive striations that naturally reduce drag while slicing.

Kiritsuke Blade
The pronounced angled tip makes quick work of both fine slicing and a tidy dice. The wide blade can smash garlic and ginger and easily scoop up chopped food to transfer.

15° Dual Bevel
