Auto-Renewal

Your membership is billed annually and automatically renews each year unless you cancel before renewal.

How to Cancel

You may cancel at any time by emailing care@theessential.com from the email address associated with your membership.

Refund Eligibility (Most Recent Year)

We will refund the most recent annual membership charge if the membership was not used. “Used” means an order was placed using any membership discount, or a members-only item or members-only sale/pricing benefit was used.

If the membership was used, membership fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time

Approved membership refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
