After you place an order, an AI program picks a box for you from a list of bestsellers and new drops.

The list is then automatically sent to our factories for fulfillment.

Am I guaranteed to get (or not get) a certain product?

Everything is randomly generated. You might end up with something you love and have wanted to buy for a long time or you might end up with a surprise delight.

The only guarantees are:

The products will be high quality (like all our products).
The box will have at least a 2x value.
You won't receive anything you've already ordered

What prompt is the AI using?

For the $95 box: "Curate an order from our list of bestsellers and new launches (previous 90 days). Make sure the total value of goods is at least $200 and at most $600."

For the $295 box: "Curate an order from our list of bestsellers and new launches (previous 90 days). Make sure the total value of goods is at least $600 and at most $1,800."

When will I know what I'm getting?

How do you handle sizing for large furniture?

For the Large Furniture tier and the Entire Room tier, our member care team will reach out to confirm sizing with you before we ship.

If you cannot accommodate the article of furniture the AI picked for you, just let us know and we'll have the AI pick a different product for you.

Can I return the goods I receive?

We cannot offer returns or refunds for mystery boxes.

This is because, we simply can't provide a meaningful credit due the extreme discount these products are being sold at. It wouldn't be possible to accurately calculate a refund value given how the boxes are priced.

The only exception to this rule are situation where a damaged or unusable product bring the total value of your mystery box below the promised value.

Will everything ship together?

No. Most items ship from different factories. You will receive individual tracking numbers for everything.
