Mid-Century Studio Icon

Inspired by Arne Jacobsen’s 1952 “Society Table,” the Atelier Desk distills the original’s industrial-meets-elegant character into a clean, modern form. The black leather top wraps smoothly around a slim steel frame, echoing the refined tension of the mid-century design.

A suspended drawer module—available in oak or walnut and mountable on either side—introduces warmth, balance, and practical storage. The result is a desk that feels architectural, purposeful, and unmistakably crafted for focused work.

Material

Fine Grain Leather Surface
A fine-grain black leather wraps the desktop in a continuous skin, adding texture, grip, and a quietly luxurious matte finish. Durable and smooth to the touch, it develops subtle character with use while maintaining structural integrity.

201 Stainless Steel Frame
A slender tubular steel frame keeps the silhouette open and architectural. The brushed finish provides an industrial counterpoint to the leather’s softness and the drawers’ natural grain.

Solid Wood Drawer Module
The suspended drawer unit is crafted in your choice of solid oak or walnut. Both finishes offer tonal contrast against the leather top—oak for a lighter, Scandinavian note; walnut for a darker, saturated presence. Recessed pulls maintain a clean, uninterrupted face.

Solid Wood Multilayer Core
Beneath the leather surface, a stabilized wood core maintains rigidity across the desk’s span. It keeps the top thin, precise, and resistant to warping, ensuring the desk’s crisp geometry stays true over time.
