Designed for lounging but shaped like a design statement, it’s that rare piece that feels both architectural and organic. A minimalist silhouette with maximal comfort.

Design

Inspired by the iconic Kendall Armchair by GamFratesi, this version pays homage to its signature tension between comfort and control.
• Organic shell-shaped frame with a wraparound silhouette
• Sculpted backrest and seat offer full ergonomic support
• Tufted seat and back give subtle textural depth
• Swivel base adds function without compromising form

Care

• Wipe with a dry microfiber cloth regularly to keep the leather supple and rich
• For deeper cleaning, use a pH-balanced leather conditioner and test on a small area first
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and heating vents to preserve the natural texture and color

A study in contrasts

The softened geometry is paired with sharply defined upholstery seams — a signature move of GamFratesi’s design language.

360° swivel function

Built on a sturdy, smooth-glide base that lets you pivot freely, making it as practical as it is sculptural.

Tailored tufting

The deep-set tufting on the seat and back doesn’t just nod to tradition — it adds visual rhythm and structural resilience.

Wraparound comfort

The gently flared armrests and scooped back create an enveloping feel that encourages long, leisurely sits.

Judge us by our looks

Our packaging is safe, simple, and proudly no frills. We don't think it makes sense to pay for things you throw away immediately.

That's why the Axis Chair ships in the same protective packaging the manufacturer uses, covered in functional stickers and foreign stamps showing the journey it's been on.
