Tapered, Not Typical

Narrow at the top, wider through the seat—the Drop Chair resolves into a silhouette that feels both precise and soft. The form pulls inward before opening back out, creating a subtle tension between structure and comfort.

• Tapered back with softened edges
• Compact footprint, balanced proportions
• Sculpted shell with integrated seat
• Elevated on slender steel legs
• Designed with restraint and clarity

Materials

Molded Fiberglass Shell
Formed from a rigid fiberglass structure that allows for precise shaping and a consistent, uninterrupted surface. The shell provides strength while maintaining a refined, lightweight profile.

Stainless Steel Base
Constructed from 201-grade stainless steel, the base delivers strength and stability with a minimal visual footprint. The slim legs create lift while maintaining structural integrity.

Design

A study in proportion and restraint.

• Narrow upper profile expands into seat
• Continuous shell form—no segmentation
• Soft curvature without excess volume
• Elevated stance creates visual lightness
• Designed for both dining and accent use

Mid-Century European Influence

Draws from mid-century Scandinavian design, where form is reduced to its essential geometry and proportion carries the visual weight.

Tapered Silhouette

The narrowing backrest creates a distinct profile—both ergonomic and visually sharp—setting it apart from more uniform shell chairs.

Lightweight Structure

The fiberglass shell and slim steel base work together to create a chair that feels visually light without sacrificing stability.

Versatile Placement

Scaled for dining but equally suited as an occasional chair—compact, but intentional in presence.

Judge us by our looks

Our packaging is safe, simple, and proudly no frills. We don't think it makes sense to pay for things you throw away immediately.

That's why the Drop Chair ships in the same protective packaging the manufacturer uses, covered in functional stickers and foreign stamps showing the journey it's been on.

Questions About The Drop Chair

How long until I receive my order?

The Drop Chair arrives approximately 6-9 weeks from the day of order.

Our products take longer to arrive than most others on the internet. But there's a good reason why. Most of our pieces are made to order and ship directly from the source. We don’t keep warehouses or carry excess inventory. This is how we cut costs and pass thousands in savings back to you. But it also means you have to wait a bit longer.

What is your return policy

The Drop Chair can be returned after receiving the order only if the product is damaged or unusable.

Our products are made to order. So we cannot offer returns for changes in preference. But we always do what we can to make it right.

To be returned, products need to be completely unused and still in their original packaging.

How can I track my order?

The Drop Chair ships within 2-3 weeks of order placement.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor its progress. Simply use the provided tracking information on our delivery partner’s website to stay updated on your shipment.
