Materials

Solid Wood
Built to order in your choice of three woods, with no veneer or engineered core. Canadian red cedar is the premium choice — clear and knotless Grade-A, naturally resistant to rot and decay. Japanese cedar (sugi) is fine and straight-grained. Finnish pine is thermally treated for durability, the clean and economical option. Staves are 1.5 in (38.5 mm) thick.

Stainless Steel
The water sits in a seamless 304 stainless steel liner, drawn tight by a 304 stainless band rather than silicone — easy to wipe down and slow to harbor anything in cold water.

Chiller
A 1 HP (0.75 kW) chiller cools and holds the water at your set temperature, with WiFi app control, a self-diagnosis function, and an IPX4 waterproof rating. ETL certified; runs on a standard 110 V outlet.
Design

A cold plunge built for daily use — chilled on demand, insulated to stay that way, and sized to actually get under the water.

• The oval shape gives a longer footwell than a round tub, so you can extend your legs and sit shoulders-under.
• The chiller holds a set temperature around the clock, so the plunge is ready whenever you are — no ice runs.
• An insulated cover keeps the cold in and the leaves out between sessions, easing the chiller's load.
• Cedar staves and a stainless band match the Toralf Wood-Fired Hot Tub and Ragnar Barrel Sauna, so the set reads as one.
• App and LCD controls let you set and check the temperature from the house.

Our products take longer to arrive than most others on the internet. But there's a good reason why. Most of our pieces are made to order and ship directly from the source. The Fjord Cold Plunge can be returned after receiving the order only if the product is damaged or unusable.

Our products are made to order. So we cannot offer returns for changes in preference. But we always do what we can to make it right.
