The Monastic Chair is built from two elements—solid wood and woven leather—each doing exactly what it needs to. The leather is not applied but constructed, forming both the seat and back through interwoven straps.

Materials

Solid Ash Wood Frame
Constructed from ash wood with a warm tone and visible grain. The frame is thick, grounded, and shaped with exposed joinery that emphasizes structure over decoration.

Woven Saddle Leather
Leather straps are hand-woven to form the seat and backrest. The material provides natural flexibility and will soften over time, developing a patina with use.

Our products are made to order. So we cannot offer returns for changes in preference. But we always do what we can to make it right.

To be returned, products need to be completely unused and still in their original packaging.
