Materials

Washi Paper Shade
Each shade is handcrafted from traditional washi paper — made from the inner bark of the mulberry tree — prized for its strength, translucence, and fine fiber texture. The paper’s subtle horizontal lines reveal the hand process and lend the surface a living quality as light filters through.

Bamboo and Steel Frame
The internal structure combines bamboo ribs with a black steel base, giving the lamp both delicacy and stability. The contrast between organic and industrial materials lets the paper seem to float just above ground, tethered by the lightest touch.
