Character Comes Back

The Pierre Dining Chair borrows from the playful European interiors movement that brought softness, ornament, and personality back into furniture. Turned details, sculpted upholstery, and exaggerated proportions make it feel decorative without becoming precious.

Its silhouette balances structure and softness: rounded finials, gently tapered legs, and a backrest that curves inward just enough to feel welcoming. Upholstered in textured lamb wool fleece over a solid ash frame, it turns a dining chair into something that feels collected rather than matched.

• Inspired by expressive European decorative design
• Upholstered seat and back in lamb wool fleece
• Sculpted ash wood frame with turned details
• Compact proportions suited to dining or occasional seating
• Available in Oak and Walnut finishes

Materials

Solid Ash Wood
Built from solid ash with visible grain and a softly finished surface that highlights the natural character of the wood. Rounded transitions and turned details give the frame a more handcrafted, furniture-like presence.

Lamb Wool Fleece Upholstery
The seat and back are wrapped in textured lamb wool fleece that adds visual depth and a softer hand than traditional dining upholstery. Plush without appearing bulky.

Design

This chair takes familiar dining proportions and introduces decorative gestures that feel intentional rather than ornamental.

• Rounded finials create a distinctive silhouette from every angle
• Curved back cushion softens posture and visual lines
• Thick upholstered seat adds a lounge-like feel
• Exposed joinery details break up the geometry
• Compact footprint keeps the overall form light

Decorative, Not Delicate

Inspired by the return of expressive furniture forms that made dining spaces feel more personal, layered, and residential.

The Ball Finial Detail

Oversized turned finials transform a structural element into the defining visual gesture — giving the chair immediate character.

Soft Geometry

The backrest bows inward while the seat appears lightly overfilled, creating contrast against the disciplined vertical frame.

Dining Chair, Lounge Instinct

A deeper cushion and upholstered back make longer dinners feel more relaxed without changing the footprint.

Judge us by our looks
