A low chrome-framed coffee table that doesn't stay low: stand the frame on its side and the same piece rises to a taller console. The top is a wood-rimmed panel — black or white — cradled in a mirror-bright tubular steel frame with a raised back rail. Two tables in the footprint of one.

Materials

Steel
The frame is polished tubular steel in a substantial Ø20 mm gauge, bent into a clean rectangular cage that reads light despite its reach. The mirror finish bounces the room and keeps the structure from feeling heavy.

Wood
The top is bordered by a walnut-toned wood rim that frames the inset panel and softens the all-metal frame.

Panel
The inset top comes in black or white — a flat, wipeable surface set flush within the wood border.
