Floating Platform

A low, monolithic coffee table on a recessed plinth base, so the whole stainless steel volume looks like it's floating just above the floor.

• Fabricated entirely from stainless steel—top and plinth as one architectural form
• Recessed plinth base creates a floating effect that lightens the mass
• A hallmark of 1950s–60s Scandinavian and Italian design
• Low, grounded profile that settles into a seating arrangement
• Two sizes for different rooms and layouts

Materials

Stainless Steel
Both the top and the plinth base are fabricated from 201 stainless steel, with a smooth, neutral surface that lets the table recede or anchor a room depending on where it sits. It wipes clean and holds its finish through everyday use.

Design

A plinth-base coffee table in two sizes—sculptural form with a functional top.

• Recessed plinth base creates a floating effect and visual lightness
• Generous square top for display and everyday use
• Low profile settles naturally into a seating arrangement
• Stainless steel surface reflects the room and its light
• Two sizes for different rooms and layouts

Floating Base

A recessed plinth lifts the whole form off the floor, so the mass reads light instead of heavy.

Solid Steel

Top and base are fabricated as one stainless steel volume, with a smooth surface that wipes clean.

Sculptural Anchor

A monolithic, low-slung silhouette that grounds a seating area and reads as an object, not just a table.

Two Sizes

Choose 31.5" for tighter rooms or 39.25" to anchor a larger seating arrangement.

Judge us by our looks

Our packaging is safe, simple, and proudly no frills. We don't think it makes sense to pay for things you throw away immediately.

That's why the Plinth Coffee Table ships in the same protective packaging the manufacturer uses, covered in functional stickers and foreign stamps showing the journey it's been on.

Questions About The Plinth Coffee Table

How long until I receive my order?

The Plinth Coffee Table arrives approximately 5-10 Weeks from the day of order.

Our products take longer to arrive than most others on the internet. But there's a good reason why. Most of our pieces are made to order and ship directly from the source. We don’t keep warehouses or carry excess inventory. This is how we cut costs and pass thousands in savings back to you. But it also means you have to wait a bit longer.

What is your return policy

The Plinth Coffee Table can be returned after receiving the order only if the product is damaged or unusable.

Our products are made to order. So we cannot offer returns for changes in preference. But we always do what we can to make it right.

To be returned, products need to be completely unused and still in their original packaging.

How can I track my order?

The Plinth Coffee Table ships within 1-2 Weeks of order placement.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor its progress. Simply use the provided tracking information on our delivery partner’s website to stay updated on your shipment.
