Return and Refund Policy

100-Day Full Credit Policy

Return a product 100 days after ordering. Get full store credits for it. No need to cover the cost of shipping. No restocking fees.


Exceptions & Special Situations:

Food and wine
We can’t accept returns. Just cover the cost of the original shipping label and get credits for the rest.

Furniture and bulky items
Just cover the cost of the return label and get full credits for the rest.

Made-to-order/Preorder Products
Cancellation window: 30 days after ordering or if the product isn’t fulfilled by the promised date. No returns, credits, or refunds after the product is shipped.

Dollar/Cash Refunds
Dollar refunds can be issued (instead of store credits) on a case-by-case basis. Dollar refunds are not for the whole amount. The member will have to cover the cost of the return shipping label and a restocking fee of 20% of the product value. So, if you return an order worth $100, and it costs $10 to ship it back, you’ll be eligible for a refund of $70.

Membership Refunds
We can cancel and refund your membership if you haven't made any purchases during the membership period.
