It’s more durable and lighter than it looks — because it’s made from aviation grade 502 aluminum-magnesium alloy, molded in a radical hollow shell design, removing any unnecessary weight and making it feel ultra-light.
We designed it, thoughtfully. We added a removable inner compartment that allows you to separate your stow-aways. We added two TSA–approved locks, and 360° spinner wheels — so you can move faster, store smoother and look better when traveling.

Our unique compression system utilizes a removable panel that evenly compresses items for easier closure and fitting in more. Plenty of pockets and straps make packing a little less painful.

Aluminum Magnesium Alloy
This luggage is molded from aluminum-magnesium alloy — making it insanely durable and shockingly light. Aluminum magnesium alloy is several leagues above any other luggage material — which is why we selected it (it's also the same composition alloy that Rimowa uses). This aluminum is the stuff airplanes are made of — so you can count on it to never crack.

We equipped our Carry-On with wear-resistant wheels, made of durable rubber. Plus, they’re designed to be shock resistant and ultra-quiet.

All The Essential luggage comes with a guaranteed limited lifetime warranty that covers a repair or replacement of your luggage. Manufacturing faults on wheels, zips, handles, nylon compression strap breakages and specific cracks or breaks in the aluminum shell are covered under this policy.
The extended warranty does not cover any defects caused by improper use, cases that were bought second hand or without proof of purchase directly from The Essential and cosmetic damages such as,
minor dents
bumps
scratches
scuffs
general wear and tear generated from using the case.
Any damage that does not impact the overall functionality of the case.
