Find The Right Height
For You

Incorrect pillow height can lead to tension, pain, and breathing issues. If too high, it strains the neck; if too low, it overstretches the spine. The right height stabilizes the head, neck, and shoulders, maintaining the spine's natural curve and alignment for a comfortable sleep.

Side Sleeper

How to Measure

Measure straight out from the bone behind your ear to your shoulder's outermost point. Match it with the compressed pillow height for ideal support.

Back Sleeper

How to Measure

Stand against the wall with a neutral spine. Have someone help measure the distance between the outermost point of the back of your head and the wall. Match it with the compressed pillow height for ideal support.

Stomach Sleeper

How to Measure

Stomach sleepers are best placed on a pillow that is as low as possible, otherwise the cervical spine quickly bends backwards and neck pain is inevitable. Opt for the lowest height unless your body anatomy requires more support.
