We designed our AirPods® Case to be:

Protective — the leather exterior is treated to protect from scratchy keychains and frequent falls. It gets better as it serves its purpose, not worse.

Distinctive — you won’t get confused. Our AirPods ® cases are designed in The Essential’s distinct style, ensuring they won’t be swapped for those of a friend or roommate.

More Luxurious — we designed each case to feel objectively nicer. They feel less plasticky and a little warmer than their counterparts.

All for half the cost of similar AirPods ® cases on the market. With free shipping for every member.

Single Piece Design
Our AirPods® case is one single piece of polycarbonate frame and full-hide leather. The cap snaps backward when opening and closing, while remaining attached. This reduces the risk of losing a single piece — helping it last longer.

Bottom Charging Port
Our case was designed for ease of use — in more ways than one. Case in point: we included an opening at the bottom to allow you to plug in your AirPods® to charge without removing our leather case.

We also included an opening to see the charging light, so you’ll know when it’s done powering up.

Wireless Charger Friendly
Not a fan of plug chargers? Our leather case is compatible with all wireless chargers, and will not slow or inhibit the charge of your AirPods®. Once the case is on — there should be no need to remove it.

Matching Leather Lanyard Included
Each AirPods® case comes with a matching leather lanyard.

Dyed in two Essential colors
The case and the lanyard are available in two Essential Leather shades —

Slate –– A dark, bold, moody color. Fits the introspective & thoughtful.
Cigar –– the color of barrel-aged whisky. Fits the adventurous & classic.

Full Grain Vintage Leather Exterior
Vintage leather is the highest quality on the market. The leather used for our cases is full-grain, and has been aged to two beautiful shades — a deep brown and a black. As our cases use real leather, color and texture variation is normal. Your case may look slightly different than our product images.

Soft Cowhide Interior
Cowhide leather is a type of leather that utilizes the natural skin of a cow, with hair. This makes it softer, smoother, and more luxurious than the hardened full-grain leather on the exterior. This protects your AirPods® from any damage or scratching while in the case.

Polycarbonate Frame
Our AirPods® cases utilize a polycarbonate frame — which is the perfect structure for its purpose. Polycarbonate is extremely light, and extremely strong. That means: you won’t even notice the weight of the case in your hand, but it won’t be easily crushed or damaged.

Returns and Refunds

Yes, you can cancel a preorder for 30 days after your place the order or until the day that the order ships (whichever comes first).

Yes, but we ask that the customer cover the cost of return shipping. In most cases, this comes out to roughly $100.

If there is no update of the tracking info for more than 10 business days (from the time the shipping label was created in the logistics website):
The order will be fully refunded within 3 business days of the refund request.

Note: this clause is not applicable for special time/periods such as holidays, covid-19, abnormal weather, or other abnormal situations.

Destroyed in transit

If the order is damaged in transit, with valid proof provided.
The order will be fully refunded within 3 business days of the refund request unless the retailer has requested a replacement.

Returned to sender(except case: wrong shipping address left on orders)

If tracking shows the order returned to supplier’s warehouse:
The order will be fully refunded within 3 business days of the refund request unless the retailer has requested a replacement.

Delivered but not received

If the order shows delivered on logistic website but not received:
1) If the delivered address is different from the shipping address left on the order and confirmed by the carrier it was delivered to the wrong address, the order will be fully refunded or replaced within 3 business days.

2) If the delivered address is the same as the shipping address left on orders, and suppliers will only provide proof of delivery, the refund request will be denied.

Damaged or Broken, Stains/Minor scratch/Poor quality, etc., Not as described (size/color/style), Wrong item received, Missing Item/accessories

If the packages/goods ordered have issues (damaged/broken/stains/minor/scratch/poor quality/not as described/wrong item received, missing item etc.) , with valid proof provided The order will be either replaced or refunded and the supplier may request the product to be sent back.
1) If the supplier requests the product returned, the product will either be replaced or refunded within 3 business days after product is returned.
2) If the supplier does not request the product be returned, the product will be refunded within 3 business days of the refund request.

Valid Proof: photos/video of issued goods and photos of package with label.

If the order is damaged in transit, and valid proof is provided, the order will be fully refunded within 3 business days of the refund request unless the retailer has requested a replacement.

Valid Proof: an image of the damage.

If the delivered address is different from the shipping address on the order, the order will be fully refunded or replaced within 3 business days.
