The only guarantees are: the products will be high quality (like all our products) and between $300 and $1,000 in total value.

Curate an order from our list of bestsellers and new launches (previous 90 days).

Make sure the total value of goods is at least $300 and at most $1,000.

When it shows up at your doorstep. This is a true mystery box.

If the program picks furniture for you, our member care team will reach out to confirm the size and color with you before we ship.

If you cannot accommodate the article of furniture, just let us know and we'll have the AI pick a different product for you.

If the program picks apparel for you, our member care team will reach out to confirm the size and color with you before we ship.

We cannot offer returns or refunds for mystery boxes.

This is because, we simply can't provide a meaningful credit due the extreme discount these products are being sold at. It wouldn't be possible to accurately calculate a refund value given how the boxes are priced.

The only exception to this rule are situation where a damaged or unusable product bring the total value of your mystery box below the promised $300.

Most things will ship together. But not everything. You will receive individual tracking numbers for everything.
