What Makes It So Good
Each sourdough pretzel is made by hand using time-honored Mennonite techniques. The hand-rolling is that creates tiny, irregular air bubbles that give the pretzels their addictive crispiness. Dried at a low, consistent heat, they achieve a satisfying crunch, full of toasty flavor, giving them the perfect cragginess for seasonings to adhere to.
