The Aisle

Cold-pressed from the Arbequina olives of California's Santa Ynez Valley, this olive oil is as pure as it gets — produced with the best olives in the world's purest olive oil region and held to the world's highest purity standards.

Crafted by an award-winning miller in a micro-batch of 500 bottles, this is a bold and well-rounded blend with robust fruitiness and subtle pungency, and just a hint of bitterness.

Olives are processed shortly after harvest to preserve the high antioxidant levels and make it incredibly versatile — ideal for cooking, tasting, and dipping, and combining with everything from tomato soups and pasta.

California's stringent standards for olive oil production set it apart, ensuring a purity unmatched globally. Our olive oil — like the best EVOO from California — surpasses even the renowned Italian and Spanish varieties in quality, delivering a pristine taste that elevates every dish.

Nestled off Highway 1, near California's Pacific coast, the Santa Ynez Valley's idyllic climate and untouched beauty are pivotal in crafting our olive oil. This region's optimal conditions foster the growth of olives that produce oil rich in depth and character.

This olive oil is a harmonious blend of robust fruitiness and subtle pungency, with just a hint of bitterness, creating a well-rounded flavor profile. Ideal for dressing salads or crafting garden pestos, its complexity enhances the natural taste of fresh ingredients.

An Award-Winning Mill in Santa Ynez

The Addisons first became involved in the olive oil industry when they inherited an olive orchard in the South of France from Antoinette’s father. The very first oil they made won a Gold Medal at the Fair Olive Oils of the World Competition in 2004. It repeated in 2005 and 2006. It was selected by Marco Oreggia in his guide book, L'Extravergine, as one of the best extra virgin olive oils in the world, in 2005, 2006 and again in 2007.
