With over twenty years of experience, our chocolate maker expertly sources the most flavorful beans, bringing a Michelin-level culinary approach to every bar. Known for blending classic American flavors with bold ingredients, each formulation is nostalgic yet inventive. Led by a cofounder and head chef who trained under Michelin-star chefs and served as the executive pastry chef for Daniel Boulud (4 Michelin stars), the focus is on artisanal techniques, using natural ingredients like Japanese spices and American staples such as peanuts and crispy rice to elevate each bar.
