6" High-Density Cushions
We designed our sofa to be deeply, and unequivocally, comfortable. For us, that was all in the cushions. Our cushions are denser, deeper, and softer than any we've every felt. This allows them to gently mold around your body without becoming permanently deformed.

Plywood Frame
For the sofa's frame, we used plywood, a material composed of multiple layers of wood meticulously bonded together. This construction grants plywood superior strength compared to solid wood of equivalent thickness. Additionally, plywood exhibits exceptional resistance to warping and cracking, making it an optimal selection for everyday furniture needs.

Anti-Slip Metal Legs
Our sofa stands on sleek powder-coated metal legs. The bottoms of the legs have been treated to add friction and reduce slipping and movement.

Serpentine Springs
We use steel serpentine springs to support the seating platform of a sofa. Like many luxury sofas our serpentine springs are copper coated to prevent corrosion.

Built in USB Charging
The three-seater sofa comes with built-in USB charging. That means no more fidgeting around the back to find an outlet. It also means that the sofa can be almost completely flush up against the wall.

Made For Tight Spaces
Both the loveseat and the sofa utilize space with incredible efficiency. The outer frame is essentially a box. The legs are straight lines and don't protrude out. This allows the sofa to stack cleanly against walls and other articles of furniture. Meanwhile, the inside design uses right angles and thin-but-plush cushioning that gives the maximum amount of seating area with the smallest possible footprint.

21.3" Extra Deep Seats

Returns and Refunds

Yes, you can cancel a preorder for 30 days after your place the order or until the day that the order ships (whichever comes first).

Yes, but we ask that the customer cover the cost of return shipping. In most cases, this comes out to roughly $100.

If there is no update of the tracking info for more than 10 business days (from the time the shipping label was created in the logistics website):
The order will be fully refunded within 3 business days of the refund request.

Note: this clause is not applicable for special time/periods such as holidays, covid-19, abnormal weather, or other abnormal situations.

Destroyed in transit

If the order is damaged in transit, with valid proof provided.

2) If the delivered address is the same as the shipping address left on orders, and suppliers will only provide proof of delivery, the refund request will be denied.

Damaged or Broken, Stains/Minor scratch/Poor quality, etc., Not as described (size/color/style), Wrong item received, Missing Item/accessories

If the packages/goods ordered have issues (damaged/broken/stains/minor/scratch/poor quality/not as described/wrong item received, missing item etc.) , with valid proof provided The order will be either replaced or refunded and the supplier may request the product to be sent back.
1) If the supplier requests the product returned, the product will either be replaced or refunded within 3 business days after product is returned.
2) If the supplier does not request the product be returned, the product will be refunded within 3 business days of the refund request.
