A unique Italian goblet design works for nearly every wine in the book— providing room for bigger pours and space for airing. An oversized bowl, thin stem and weighted base make it easier to pour more harder to break or spill.

Italian Goblet Design
To design our wine glasses, we looked for inspiration from those that know wine best – the Italians. The shape and style of each glass was selected to reflect classic Mediterranean flare.
Oversized Bowl
Our glasses are bigger – so you can enjoy more. Our thin, standard opening gives way to a wider base. That means – bigger pours and fewer spills. While a traditional wine glass hold a 16oz pour, ours hold 20oz.
Thinner Stem and Rim
We gave our wine glasses an ultra thin, ultra long stem. It's 5" longer than traditional glassware – and notably slender. Then, we crafted each glass to have an ultra thin rim, made possible through a carefully protected German laser cold notching process. The result – an elevated feel.
Weighted Body
Notably heavier than traditional glassware, Essential wine glasses are 225 grams – compared with 170 grams from our competitors. This creates a more premium feeling glass that is less likely to tip over.
Reinforced Foot Plate
We reinforced each foot plate, because it makes a difference (two, actually). Firstly, the bottom will never chip or break — making it last, forever. Secondly, the solid base keeps the glass from tipping – saving you from messy spills and wasted wine.
Extra Clear Crystal Glass
We made our wine glass entirely from crystal glass –– for three reasons. It's harder, more durable, and lead-free. This should be standard –– it isn't.
Most glassware you own is made of soda lime glass –– which is comparatively weak, and prone to shatter.
